KANSAS LEO LEADERSHIP TEAM
A memo from the desk of Kansas Leo Chair Tonja Wienck

1. Each Kansas Leo club will select a delegate to serve on the team.
2. The team will meet 2-4 times a year in person and via the internet.
3. The team will be responsible for helping to plan and implement state-wide events such as Mid-Winter Rally and state convention.
4. At the first meeting, the team will determine other responsibilities and duties with the help of the state Leo chair.

EVERY Kansas Leo club is encouraged to select a member for this team so that Leos can be more involved in the activities and decisions that affect them on a state level. It will be up to each club to determine the criteria they will use to determine the delegate. The delegate should have a proven record of service to their local club and be responsible for committing to participating in the team. They should also have the time to commit to serving.

Delegates should be selected and the Leo chair notified by October 1.

Once clubs have selected their delegate, they should complete the attached resume’ (click here to download) form and email or send that document along with name, address, phone number and email address of the Leo to:
